Most agencies charge a flat rush premium based on your deadline alone. We don't think that's fair, to you or to us.
A tight deadline means something very different depending on the size of the job. Ten hours to turn around a 30-minute fix is comfortable. Ten hours for an eight-hour deck is a genuine scramble. Flat rush fees charge both the same, so simple jobs get overcharged and urgent ones get undercharged. We price on the ratio between the two instead.
Any job over one page is automatically broken apart and run through STAN, our patent-pending virtual moving assembly line, splitting the work across specialised workstations in parallel, then stitching everything back together at the end, even if pages are added, removed, or revised mid-job.
It's why our turnaround times aren't just marketing claims. Subscription turnaround currently starts at a two-hour minimum while we scale the rollout.
It's the time you give us divided by the effort the job needs. Effort is estimated instantly by SAIJE, our patent-pending AI estimator. Move the sliders to see how it works.
A day of runway for a two-hour job, booked early, priced down.
One continuous scale, from plenty of runway to all-hands. Ratios that land exactly on a boundary fall into the higher, cheaper band, always to your benefit. Our baseline Turnaround ratio is 5x–10x, which through experience, covers 95% of all job requests.
Emergency pricing reflects both the ratio and our current workload at booking, minimum turnaround is currently 2 hours, subject to capacity.
Effort-hours are fixed by SAIJE, so your band is calculated consistently, not negotiated, and speed is delivered by STAN, our parallel-processing engine. Hour examples illustrate the ratio; actual effort is assessed per job.
Your monthly subscription buys a pool of capacity, not a flat block of hours. Each job draws down the pool based on its effort-hours and its band, plan ahead and your capacity stretches further; book everything at the last minute and it depletes faster. A live balance always shows exactly what you have left.
Tell us the job and your deadline.
SAIJE calculates the effort-hours required.
We divide your turnaround by that effort, that's your Turnaround Ratio.
Your band, and the credits used, follow automatically.
No back-and-forth on scope estimates. No guessing whether your deadline counts as “rush.” Just a transparent, consistent number.
“We don't charge for your deadline. We charge for how tight it actually is, once we know the size of the job.”
