A chart that hides the finding, a process drawn as twelve boxes and nine arrows, a page of bullets where a picture would do: these are the slides audiences skip. PixelFaerie's designers have turned data, processes and ideas into graphics since 2003, for consultancies, pharma and finance firms, energy groups and start-ups. Charts, diagrams, icon sets, custom illustration, animation and video, built natively in PowerPoint wherever the result will live in a deck, so your team can keep editing it.
Everything visual that is not a plain slide, from one team working to one standard. Send the data, the sketch or the brief in your own words, and the right specialist picks it up: a chart designer, an illustrator, an animator or a video editor. You get back files you can edit, on brand, with a confirmed delivery time before anything starts.
From an Excel sheet to a chart that states its finding in the headline. The right chart type for the point, clean axes and labels, brand colours that mean something, and native PowerPoint charts wherever possible so the numbers stay live.
Process flows, frameworks, organisation charts, timelines, value chains and systems maps, drawn so the structure reads at a glance. Built as editable shapes, not pasted pictures, so the next version takes minutes.
Standalone infographics for reports, websites, social and events: one page that tells the story in numbers and pictures. Designed for the deck, for print or for the screen, and exported to the formats you need.
Icon sets in your brand's line weight and colours, custom illustration from isometric scenes to simple spot graphics, logos and custom artwork. Delivered as editable vectors and, where useful, as PowerPoint shapes.
Click-by-click builds that reveal an argument one step at a time, animated master slides, and motion graphics for launches, keynotes and explainers. Built to be presented, and timed for the room it will be shown in.
Editing, titles, branded intros and outros, and subtitles in multiple languages for recorded presentations, product videos and event footage. Delivered in the formats and lengths each channel needs.
Every spreadsheet tool will draw a chart. None of them will tell you that a pie with eleven slices hides the two that matter, that the axis starts in the wrong place, or that the title should be the finding rather than the name of the dataset. That judgement is the job, and it is the difference between a chart the audience reads and a chart they wait through.
The same applies to diagrams. A process that is clear to the person who runs it is rarely clear to the person seeing it for the first time, and the cure is usually fewer boxes, a single direction of flow and one colour that means one thing. Our designers see thousands of these a year and know which problems your audience will hit first. For the broader picture of what makes a deck work, read What is a slide deck?, and for what the work costs, How much does presentation design cost?
PixelFaerie is not a stock-graphics library or a freelancer marketplace. Our designers have drawn charts, diagrams and illustrations for consulting, pharma and finance clients since 2003, much of it from unreleased data under strict confidentiality, and they work as a team around the clock. Seven of the top ten management consultancies, six of the top ten pharma firms and ten DAX-listed companies send us their slides.
The Excel file, the sketch on a napkin, the paragraph that should be a diagram, or the footage. Brief us by email, through the form or from inside PowerPoint with Saije, in your own words.
You receive an estimate of the work and a delivery time before anything starts. Saije handles the briefing and the booking; the designers do the graphics.
A designer chooses the form the content needs, chart, diagram, illustration or animation, and builds it in your brand, natively in PowerPoint where the result will live in a deck.
You comment, we revise. Our revision rate is one page in five hundred, so this is usually a short step.
PowerPoint shapes and charts, vector files or video in the formats each channel needs. Your graphics, your source files, no lock-in.
Graphics inside a deck are priced like any other slide work: per project, or on a monthly plan if charts and diagrams are a regular part of how you report and sell. Standalone infographics, illustration and video are quoted per project from the brief. Every estimate is confirmed before we start.
Charts, diagrams and icons built into your slides. One estimate, confirmed before we start.
Infographics, illustration, animation and video, quoted from the brief.
1,249 credits, roughly 83 slides a month, dedicated account and design manager.
3,332 credits, roughly 222 slides a month, for teams with a steady flow of reports and decks.
Plans are billed monthly plus VAT where applicable. Full plan details and the side-by-side comparison are on the pricing section, and how turnaround affects the price is explained on its own page.
In PowerPoint wherever the infographic will live in a deck, so every shape, label and number stays editable by your team. For print, web and social we work in the Adobe tools and deliver the formats you need, such as PDF, PNG, SVG or layered source files. If you want both, we build the master version once and export the rest.
Yes. Send the Excel file or the table and tell us what the chart needs to say. We build native PowerPoint charts linked to the data where that helps, choose the chart type that makes the point, and write the headline so the finding is on the slide rather than left for the audience to work out. Where a native chart cannot do the job we draw it, still editable.
Yes. Animated presentations with click-by-click builds and animated masters, motion graphics for product launches and explainers, and video editing with subtitling in multiple languages. Tell us where it will be shown, in the room, on a screen at an event or online, and we build to that.
Yes. We design icon sets in your brand's line weight, corner style and colours, so they sit with your template rather than looking bought in. Custom illustration, from isometric scenes to simple spot graphics, follows the same rule. Everything is delivered as editable vector files and, where useful, as PowerPoint shapes.
A chart or diagram inside a deck can come back in as little as two hours. A standalone infographic or an illustrated scene takes longer, usually a day or two, and animation and video are quoted by length. In every case you get a confirmed estimate and delivery time before we start, and our designers work around the clock, including weekends.
Yes. PixelFaerie is independently certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security, and assessed for EU GDPR. Client files are separated physically and logically, every employee signs a binding NDA, and data is processed in our secure private cloud and retained only for the agreed period. Much of our chart work is unreleased financial and market data.
Pick the three slides with the chart nobody reads or the diagram nobody follows. The free 3-slide fix is real work by a senior designer: your slides returned clear, consistent, on brand and fully editable within two business days, with a short note on what changed and why. No obligation, and you keep the files.
