A good template is the cheapest presentation design you will ever buy: build it once and every deck your team makes after that starts consistent, instead of being rebuilt from the last one. PixelFaerie's designers have built master templates and template systems since 2003, for global consultancies, pharma and finance firms and fast-moving start-ups. You get a native PowerPoint master with the layouts, chart styles and icons your team actually uses, a short guide, and the option to have your existing decks moved onto it.
Most corporate templates are a title slide, a logo in the corner and a colour palette nobody uses. The decks built on them look different from each other within a week. We build templates as systems: the master, the layouts, the chart and table styles, the icons and the rules, so consistency is the default rather than a discipline.
The slide master built properly: fonts, colours, spacing and placeholders set once, with a layout for every slide type your team makes, from agenda and section dividers to charts, tables, quotes, team and closing slides.
One master for the group, variants for brands, business units, regions or languages, all sharing the same structure. Change the master and every variant follows. For companies with more than one face to the market.
Native chart templates and table styles that match the brand, so a chart pasted from Excel looks designed. A matching icon set and a library of diagram building blocks, editable in PowerPoint.
The rules written down: which layout for which job, how charts are coloured, where the logo goes and where it does not. A short guide your team will actually read, plus the corporate CI rules for anyone who has to check decks.
New identity, hundreds of old decks. We build the new template, then move the decks your teams still use onto it, slide by slide, so the rebrand reaches the material clients actually see.
Decks from an acquired company, an old template or a partner's brand, rebuilt on yours. Priced per slide, with the consistency checks included, so the converted library looks like it was made yesterday.
Every deck your company produces without a working template costs someone an hour of formatting. Multiply that by the number of decks a sales team, a consulting practice or a finance function makes in a quarter and the template is paid for before it is delivered. The second return is harder to count but bigger: a client who sees three decks from three of your people and cannot tell them apart.
The templates that fail are the ones designed as artwork rather than as tools. They look good in the brand presentation and fall apart the first time someone pastes in a chart. We build for the second case. Every layout is tested with real content, every chart style with real data, and the guide is written for the person making a deck at 11pm, not for the brand team. For how templates fit into the wider picture of what makes a deck work, read What is a slide deck?, and for what the work costs, How much does presentation design cost?
PixelFaerie is not a template marketplace. Our designers have built and maintained templates for consulting, pharma and finance clients since 2003, much of it under strict confidentiality, including unreleased rebrands. Seven of the top ten management consultancies and ten DAX-listed companies send us their slides, and most of that work runs on templates we built or maintain for them.
Brand guidelines, logo files, fonts and any existing template or decks that show how the brand is used today. Brief us by email, through the form or from inside PowerPoint with Saije.
We list the slide types your team actually makes and agree the layouts, chart styles and icons the template needs. You get a confirmed estimate and delivery date before we start.
A senior designer builds the slide master, layouts and styles natively in PowerPoint, then tests every layout with real content and every chart style with real data.
You try it on a live deck, we adjust. Our revision rate is one page in five hundred, so this is usually a short step.
Native .potx and .pptx files, the guide and the assets, all yours. If you want existing decks moved onto it, we price the library per slide and run the conversion.
A template is estimated as a project, from the number of layouts, variants and assets it needs, and confirmed before we start. Deck work on the template afterwards, including conversions and roll-outs, runs per project or on a monthly plan.
Master, layouts, styles, icons and guide. One estimate, one delivery date.
Existing decks rebuilt on the new template, consistency checks included.
1,249 credits, roughly 83 slides a month, dedicated account and design manager. The usual choice for a roll-out.
3,332 credits, roughly 222 slides a month, for a large library or an ongoing production desk.
Plans are billed monthly plus VAT where applicable. Full plan details and the side-by-side comparison are on the pricing section, and how turnaround affects the price is explained on its own page.
A master template is more than a title slide and a logo. We build the slide master with your fonts, colours and spacing; a set of layouts for the slides your team actually makes, such as title, section, agenda, text and image, two and three column, chart, table, quote, team and closing; chart and table styles that match the brand; an icon set; and a short guide on how to use it. Everything is native PowerPoint, so the file works without add-ins and your team can keep building on it.
A master template with a full layout set usually takes days, not weeks, once we have your brand guidelines. A template system for several brands or business units takes longer, and a rebrand roll-out across existing decks depends on the slide count. In every case you get a confirmed estimate and delivery date before we start.
Yes, and that is the normal starting point. Send the guidelines, the logo files and any existing template. If the guidelines do not say how the brand should behave in PowerPoint, which is common, we make those decisions with you and write them into the template guide.
Yes. Converting old decks is where a new template earns its keep, and it is one of our most requested jobs. We rebuild each deck on the new layouts rather than pasting old slides in, so the result is clean and consistent. Large libraries are priced per slide, and a subscription plan is usually the most economical way to run a roll-out.
You do. You receive the native .potx and .pptx files, the guide and any icon and chart assets, with no lock-in and no licence fee. If you later want us to maintain the template or produce decks on it, we keep your files on record so every job starts on-brand.
Yes. PixelFaerie is independently certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security, and assessed for EU GDPR. Client files are separated physically and logically, every employee signs a binding NDA, and data is processed in our secure private cloud and retained only for the agreed period. Unreleased brand identities are handled the same way as market-sensitive client decks.
Not sure whether your template is the problem? The free 3-slide fix is real work by a senior designer: three slides returned consistent, aligned, on brand and fully editable within two business days, with a short note on what changed and why. If the template is holding your team back, we will say so.
